Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating sales to meet or exceed target goals. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a commercial millwork environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

– Be open and responsive to clients in a timely manner

– Provide product options and explain features and benefits to clients

– Create estimates, and proposals efficiently and in a respected amount of time

– Must have transportation to attend site walks, and be available to go to awarded jobs

– Must be current on product knowledge and millwork industry trends to effectively communicate with clients

– Collaborate with the project manager thorughout the entire project

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in commercial/residential sales is required

-Reading blueprints, and creating take off’s is required

-Fluent in Spanish is recommended

– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

– Know how to read a tape measure, and create documents to send to a draftsman required

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, as need be

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Full capability of reading Division 6 SOW on blueprints

-Full knowledge of CAD drawings

-2020 and Cabinet Vision experience preferred, not required

· 3+ years’ in commercial/residential sales

· Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent

· Must have valid driver’s license

· Reliable transportation needed to attend meetings, sales appointments, etc

· Strong Work Ethic

· Proficient on Basic Computer Functions

Job Compensation:

· Uncapped commissions

· Average first-year earnings $40K-60K Commission Only

· Paid Training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year

Benefits:

• Holiday Paid after 90 days
• PTO after a year of employment

Schedule:

• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
