Great team at Brady! My cabinets are gorgeous and work well. I get tons of compliments! In the kitchen I have many cabinets in a small space to maximize storage but it did create challenges. I also did cabinets/fireplace in the living room, entryway closet and bookcase. It was a big project. The team listened, was responsive and addressed all concerns throughout the project. Jay Brady and team were incredibly skilled and responsive in helping us execute our vision of built-in shelves and pocket doors. The effect is stunning. They were the only shop we found that could do our pocket doors. The photos speak for themselves!

We had a fantastic experience with this team. Their response time to my initial inquiry, follow up questions and concerns was typically within 1-2 hours. Jay arrived for an initial consult and it was obvious he was listening to our needs. He clearly articulated answers to our questions and outlined next steps. Once we signed our contract, the project was on time and no hidden fees. I can't stress enough the professionalism this team demonstrates. Best of all, the product exceeded our expectations!
We had a great experience working with Brady's capital projects. They were excellent communicators and were able to design and customize exactly what we were looking for. They built and installed an entertainment center for our living room including the molding around the base to match our flooring. The job was pre-built and painted in a paint booth. They were at the house for about 4 hours to install it. Everything went very quickly and smoothly. The time frame was pretty close to the estimate for the total job. No surprise expenses.My only advice would be to talk to them about exactly what you want for the paint. We would have preferred something more matte finished and it is still off gassing a little bit. It is beautiful and well painted, but I think we just didn't know what we didn't know and would have asked for a different sheen if we had known.
